昨今、海外転送サービスを利用した転売など悪意ある注文が増加しております。
弊社としてもこれらのトラブルを未然に防ぐため、以下のような対応を取らさせて頂きます。
1.支払い方法について
海外転送サービス業者へのお届けについては、支払い方法を銀行振込による
“前払いのみ”とさせていただきます。
クレジットカード決済、代金引換決済などでご注文いただいた後、弊社から決済変更の依頼をメール、
もしくは電話にてさせていただきます。
お手数ですが入金後、決済方法変更の御案内に返信する形で入金時の名義をお知らせください。
入金照合の際に必要になります。
※ホテル・ウィークリーマンション・自宅住所ではないの施設を利用した注文についても同様の対応とさせていただきます
2.弊社からの連絡方法について
ご連絡は必ず、
「メール」もしくは
「電話」にていたします。
メールについては迷惑メールに届く場合もございます。
必ず正しいメールアドレスの登録と弊社からのメールの受信許可をお願い致します。
3.入金期限について
期日までに入金が無い場合は、不正注文と判断し注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。
※不正注文の場合、接続先のIPアドレスからの接続を拒否させて頂きます
※悪意があると判断したご注文に関しては警察に情報提供させて頂く場合がございます
4.ご注文限度額について
海外転送サービス業者を利用した注文については、一回の注文につき
ご注文限度額を55,000円（税込）までとさせて頂きます。
限度額を超えた注文についてはキャンセルさせて頂きます。
また、ご入金がされない状態での次の注文をいただいても注文をお受けすることはできません（キャンセルさせて頂きます）。
5.海外転送された商品について
海外到着後に商品が破損していたとしても、当店では交換・返品を承ることはできません。
海外到着後に商品の不足・間違いが発覚した場合も、当店では交換・返品・不足品発送を承ることができません。

Thank you very much for your continued use of the Saijoen official online shop. Recently, there has been an increase in malicious orders, such as resales, using international forwarding services. To prevent such issues, we will implement the following measures:

Payment Methods
or deliveries to international forwarding service providers, payment must be made by "prepayment via bank transfer" only. After placing an order using credit card payment or cash on delivery, we will contact you via email or phone to request a payment method change. Please reply to our payment method change notice with the name used at the time of payment. This information is required for payment verification. Orders using facilities other than hotels, weekly mansions, or home addresses will be handled in the same manner.

Communication from Us
e will contact you only via "email" or "phone." Emails may sometimes end up in your spam folder. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you allow emails from us.

Payment Deadlines
If payment is not received by the deadline, we will consider it a fraudulent order and cancel it. In cases of fraudulent orders, we will refuse connections from the IP address used. For orders deemed malicious, we may provide information to the police.

Order Limit
Orders using international forwarding services are limited to a maximum of 55,000 yen (including tax) per order. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled. Additionally, if you have not made payment on a previous order, we will not accept further orders (they will be canceled).

Products Forwarded Internationally
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for products damaged after arriving overseas. If there are shortages or errors discovered after arrival, we also cannot accept exchanges, returns, or shipments of missing items.
