安定した供給が可能となるまでの間、皆様に公平にご購入いただけるよう、ご理解とご協力をお願い申しあげます。

各商品ページにて「在庫なし」と表示されます場合は、
次回入荷までお待ちいただけますよう、お願いいたします。

発送完了までに次のご注文をいただいても全てキャンセルさせていただきます。
例：茶和を注文後、発送完了前に茶和や他の抹茶を購入　→　キャンセル
　　茶和を注文後、発送完了後に茶和や他の抹茶を購入　→　注文受付

Due to the recent surge in demand, we are experiencing supply shortages as matcha production struggles to keep up. As a result, we will be temporarily suspending the sales of certain matcha products until we can ensure stable availability.

・Organic Matcha – Mori no Utage
・Organic Matcha – Ten no Midori
 

To allow more customers to make purchases, we will be implementing purchase limits per customer as follows. Until a stable supply can be ensured, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring fair access for everyone.

※ Each customer may purchase between 1 and 5 units per product, depending on the item.

If a product is marked as "Out of Stock" on its page, we kindly ask for your patience until the next restock.
 

Regarding Products with Purchase Limits

For matcha products that have a purchase limit, if you place another order before the previous one has been shipped, all subsequent orders will be canceled.

Example:

• You order "Sawa" and then purchase "Sawa" or another matcha product before the first order is shipped → The new order will be canceled.

• You order "Sawa" and then purchase "Sawa" or another matcha product after the first order has been shipped → The new order will be accepted.
